Invisalign Open Evening

Invisalign Open Evening

If you're interested in Invisalign treatment, on the 02/03/2017 we'll be running an open evening at our Selly Oak practice, so you can visit for a free consultation, without an appointment. This is a great opportunity to discuss the treatment with an experienced dentist, and ask any questions that you may have. This event is open to anyone and you do not have to be a patient at the practice.

During the evening, our dentists will be able to answer any questions you may have during a free consultation about the Invisalign treatment. This comes with an added bonus of a free tooth whitening kit if you decide to sign up. This is a saving of £255.

The open evening will be from 5 pm to 8 pm. For more information, please call the the Selly Oak practice on 0121 414 1551 or contact us. Don't miss out on this chance to have your questions answered by experienced dentists.

Dental Anxiety

Fear of dentists is a common problem, one which causes many to not see their dentist regularly. Dental anxiety is a problem that needs to be dealt with, to ensure that dental hygiene stays healthy.

If you or someone you know suffers from dental anxiety, there are various ways you can help ease that fear. Have a read of some of our tips for dealing with dental anxiety:

  • Make sure you find a dentist that is known for their excellent care with anxious patients. Ask for recommendations or read reviews.
  • Talk to your dentist. If you work with your dentist to find your exact fears, they will be able to take measures to make the appointment easier for you.
  • Use relaxation techniques to stay calm during your appointment. Doing breathing exercises or listening to music are good ways to reduce anxiety.
  • Make use of sedation to keep you relaxed during your appointment.
