Easter Newsletter

Welcome to Midlands Smile Centres Easter newsletter. This issue contains some important information for parents, dental tips and job vacancies at Midlands Smile Centres.

It's Nearly Easter!

It's Nearly Easter!

The Easter School holidays are approaching fast. Schools are now requesting that all medical appointments are scheduled outside of school hours; unless they are an emergency.
This request is a result of Government research which has found, 73% of children who’s school attendance is above 95% will achieve 5 A*-Cs at GCSC level. This chance of good results improves to 90% of pupils gaining 5 A*-Cs, if less than 7 days absence are taken, Education.gov.uk.

Have you remembered to book your family’s regular dental check-up? You can book an appointment by clicking the link below.

Wedding Day Approaching?

Wedding Day Approaching?

Are you looking forward to a wedding day, maybe your own? Have you found the perfect dress to wear? Have you purchased that special make up so you can look your best, walking up the aisle; towards your handsome well-tailored husband to be? Are you happy with the way you will look in your wedding photos, which you will treasure for the rest of your life? If you would like to make some small improvements to your appearance, either for your partner, yourself or your wedding photos, we would love to help you.
We can help improve the way you look for a special occasion or just for an upcoming holiday. Our range of cosmetic treatments includes, tooth whitening from as little as £243, clear braces that gradually and with minimal visibility realign your teeth to a more beautiful smile, dental implants which close gaps in your smile, facial fillers which reduce the appearance of wrinkles and lip enhancement for fuller kissable lips.

Dental Tip

Did you know that poor oral hygiene resulting in gum disease can increase your susceptibility to stroke or heart disease? Infection of the gums can infect the blood stream and thereby cause more serious infections elsewhere in the body.
You can reduce the risk of gum disease by brushing your teeth and gums twice a day, using mouth wash, flossing between your teeth and visiting your dentist for a check-up twice a year.
